(a) & (b) No.
(c) I did not discuss the price of gas with Burrup Fertilisers. In my subsequent conversation with Verve Energy, I did not discuss the price of gas other than to advise that I had not discussed the price matters with Burrup Fertilisers and that Verve Energy would need to discuss price availability and other matters directly with Burrup Fertilisers.
