I have a supplementary question. Will the Attorney General table any other agreements he has with the Greens (WA)? I seek leave to table the agreement document. [The paper was tabled for the information of members.] Mr McGINTY

Agreements relating to this or any other subject matter? Ms Sue Walker: Anything. Mr McGINTY: We should not lose sight of the fact that this was a Liberal Party disallowance motion. The Government has obviously had discussions with the Greens about a range of matters over time. Although they can be difficult people to deal with at times, an integrity underpins the negotiations that take place between us. I was delighted to be able to reach a commonsense agreement with Hon Giz Watson that will achieve a number of Labor Party policy objectives, such as the implementation of other recommendations from the Law Reform Commission, which was item No 1 on the agenda. Hon Peter Foss argued that the increase in fees for admiralty matters should be a lot higher than was proposed. The Government is happy to examine that to see what applies, as with probate matters. I understand that Hon Giz Watson tabled a copy of the document, including typographical errors, in the upper House last night. As to any other matters about which I might have an understanding with the Greens, it is for the Opposition to ask questions, to probe and ultimately to find out.
