❓ Hon. Tjorn Sibma questions the Minister representing the Minister for Lands regarding the withholding of a Public Sector Commission report on Landgate's management of conflicts of interest during the establishment of Advara, and whether the report was shared with consultants involved in the commercialisation of Landgate functions. The Minister's response links the Advara situation to the ongoing commercialisation process and denies sharing the report with the mentioned parties.

LANDGATE — PUBLIC SECTOR COMMISSION REVIEW
1013. Hon TJORN SIBMA to the minister representing the
Minister for Lands:
I refer to the minister's
refusal on 11 October to table the report of the Public Sector Commission into
Landgate's management of perceived, potential or actual conflicts of
interest during the establishment of Advara, until ''the partial
commercialisation of Landgate functions are further progressed''.
(1) How does the
minister explain the connection between the establishment of Advara in 2015 and
the McGowan government's decision this year to commercialise Landgate
functions as justification for the decision not to release the PSC report at
this time?
(2) Has a copy of
the report, in part or in whole, been provided to KPMG Australia, BIS Oxford
Economics Pty Ltd or Stantons International?
(3) If yes to (2), for what purpose
was the report shared and who authorised that decision?
