I refer to school
bus services supporting students to access Bindoon Primary School.
(1) How many bus contracts are engaged to
transport students?
(2) What is the student capacity of each service?
(3) What is the current surplus capacity of each
bus service to support new eligible student applications?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question. I provide the following answer on behalf of the Minister for
Transport.
(1)–(3) The Bindoon south service has a 57-seat
capacity and 13 spare seats. The Bindoon north service has a 43-seat capacity.
This service also carries students who transfer to a service to Gingin District
High School. The spare seat capacity varies from one to 17 spare seats.
