I refer to the Education and Care Regulatory Unit (ECRU) within the Department of Communities, and additional resourcing provided to ECRU during 2025, and I ask:
(a) Of any additional FTE provided to ECRU in 2025, how many positions are dedicated to the Assessment and Rating function, and how many are dedicated to other functions;
(b) Is any of the additional FTE provided to ECRU in 2025 time-limited, and if so, on what date is that additional FTE scheduled to cease; and
(c) Of ECRU's total current FTE, what number is currently allocated to providing guidance and support to approved providers, as distinct from regulatory oversight?
