(2) Yes (3) The currently anticipated commencement date is 1 March 2001. (4) In line with normal building industry practice, the Acacia Prison Design and Construction Agreement allows for liquidated damages if the actual date of practical completion exceeds the approved date for practical completion. (5) Refer to 1. (6) The Minister will table this information after practical completion.
