(1) A record of the number of matters reported to the Director General of Health by the Chief Psychiatrist is not maintained.
(2)Matters regularly reported to the Director General of Health from the
Chief Psychiatrist are those that arise, both general and current, in the performing of his (the Chief Psychiatrist) statutory functions such as his recommendations for Quality Improvement in mental health care following findings from the monitoring program of public mental health services implemented by the Chief Psychiatrist.
(3) A record of the number of matters reported to the Mental Health Review Board by the Chief Psychiatrist is not maintained.
(4) Matters reported to the Mental Health Review Board from the Chief Psychiatrist are those that arise in the performing of his statutory functions and are discussed with the President on a regular basis such as clinicians' compliance with procedures required by the Mental Health Review Board to ensure patients' rights are upheld.
