It has always been made very clear that the transmission process goes to the cabinet secretary. That is exactly what happens. That is the process by which the code of conduct is carried out; it goes to the cabinet secretary. That is what happens. I am telling members opposite that that is what happens. Several members interjected. Dr G.I. GALLOP : I am also telling them that the parliamentary register is held in this Parliament. We have looked at the register entry for the Leader of the Opposition. He has not disclosed to the people of Western Australia that he traded in shares, what those shares were in 2003-04 and what he means in this year’s disclosure about his share ownership. That is the issue. As the Attorney General has said, the Leader of the Opposition has broken the law. It is very important for the integrity of this Parliament and its role that that be exposed to the people.
