(c) the corresponding figures listed in (a) and (b) from the time period twelve months prior?

(a-c) As the Shadow Treasurer should be aware, the profile of all staff in Government agencies and corporations can be found in their annual report. The Public Sector Commissioner also published WA Sector Workforce Reports every quarter.
I would direct the Honourable Member to the reports of those respective agencies or the quarterly WA Sector Workforce Report.
