I refer to the Public Transport Authority Annual Report 2024-25, which states on page 145, "three separate claims have been lodged by third parties in relation to taking orders for the acquisition of land for the construction of public transport infrastructure... it is not possible to disclose the amount of the claims as it could compromise settlement negotiations", and I ask: (a) noting that the financial amount cannot be disclosed, what pieces of land are concerned, identified by address; (b) in relation to each of the pieces of land, what is the size of each parcel of land; and (c) in relation to each of the pieces of land, what Public Transport Authority programs or projects triggered the acquisition of land, in each instance?
