to (1), how many of the mandatory referrals were for a second strike issued
against a tenancy in each of —

I thank the member for some notice
of the question.
(1) The following
numbers of referrals from the Department of Housing were received by the
Department for Child Protection and Family Support in relation to the
disruptive behaviour management strategy —
 (a) There were 19
referrals in 2011–12.
 (b) There were 157
referrals in 2012–13.
 (c) There were 175 referrals from 1 July 2013
to 1 March 2014.
(2)–(3)
Details about the number of strikes received by a client may be included in
their individual case notes, but the department does not systematically record
this information. Short of pulling each of the case notes out and having a look
at them, that information is not readily available.
(4) The bilateral
schedule between the Department for Child Protection and Family Support and the
Department of Housing was updated in December 2013 and is tabled.
