1091. Hon MARTIN ALDRIDGE to the Minister for Education and
Training:
I refer to the sixth report of the
Auditor General, tabled in the Legislative Council on 18 September 2019, which
found that the minister's response to my question without notice 456
was ''not reasonable and not appropriate''.
(1) Does the
minister accept that her action in refusing Parliament access to the
information it sought was ''not reasonable and not appropriate''?
(2) Will the minister now table
documents 13A and 17A without redaction?
(3) Will the
minister now table all the documents sought in Legislative Council question
without notice 456 in unredacted form?
(4) If no to (2)
or (3), when will the minister lodge with the Auditor General a further section
82 notice under the Financial Management Act 2006?
