(i) if not, why not;
(ii) if not, why was the particular contractor chosen; and
(iii) if a tender process was used, how many website developers applied for the contract and why was the chosen developer selected;
(b) who was given the contract to develop this website;
(c) has the chosen contractor been given contracts to do any other work for the State Government, or any State Government department, Government-owned ministerial office or Member of Parliament;
(d) if the answer to (c) is yes, list:
(i) the entity or individual each contract was with;
(ii) what the contract involved; and
(iii) the value of the contract;
(e) how much the chosen contractor was paid to develop this website; and
(f) if this amount is not the full amount spent on the development of this website as stated in the Minister’s answer to part (a) of Question on Notice No. 2648, what was the rest of the money spent on?

(a) In relation to the Western Australia TV (WATV) website, yes.
(i) Not applicable.
(ii) Not applicable.
(iii) 10. Soap Creative was chosen because its tender was assessed as being the best overall in relation to quality, price and value for money, in accordance with State Supply Commission guidelines.
(b) Soap Creative.
(c) No - see answer to Question on Notice No.2740 (c).
(d) Not applicable.
