Apprenticentre carry out dispute resolutions between apprentices and their
employers: (a) if yes to (1), what are
the criteria of dispute resolution carried out by the Apprenticentre;
and (b) if no to (1), why not? (2) Does the Apprenticentre carry out regular visits
to the workplaces of apprentices registered with them: (a) if yes to (2), how often do these visits take
place; and (b) if no to (2), why
not? (3) Does the Apprenticentre carry out
regular surveys with apprentices registered with them to ensure that those
apprentices are being treated in accordance with the Industrial Relations laws
including, but not limited to, equal opportunity, fair pay, health and safety
in the workplace and anti-bullying: (a)
if yes to (3), what is the process of any survey carried out and how often are
these surveys carried out; and (b) if no
to (3), why not?
