I refer to the High Capacity Signalling Program of Works, and the $3,006,093,000 Estimated Total Cost in the State Budget, and I ask: (a) are there any costs associated with the High Capacity Signalling Program not captured within the cost outlined above; (b) if yes to (a), what are they; and (c) is it expected that the $3 billion figure is now the total State Government commitment to this program, or is a further growth in cost expected in future budgets, as has been the case in recent budgets?
