(a) Yes.
(b) On 4 March 2003 to expire on 4 March 2005.
(c) All groundwater licences that are issued by the Water and Rivers Commission contain relevant conditions which are subject to review at the discretion of the Commission.
(d) To ensure that the resource is sustainable and to manage and minimise environmental impacts on the land and/or other groundwater users.
