I refer to Amendment No. 2 to East Wanneroo Cell 9 – East Landsdale, Local Structure Plan No. 57, and ask:
(a) is the Minister aware that the City of Wanneroo unanimously voted to support this amendment in March 2012;
(b) does the Western Australian Planning Commision (WAPC) agree with this amendment and, if not, why not; and
(c) has this amendment been adopted by the WAPC and, if not, when will it be dealt with?

(a) Yes.
(b) The amendment is yet to be considered by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).
(c) No. The City of Wanneroo is yet to adopt the modified East Wanneroo Cell 9 - East Landsdale Local Structure Plan No. 57. Until such time as the local structure plan has been adopted and certified, the WAPC is unable to progress any subsequent amendments to this structure plan, including Amendment No. 2.
