I refer to Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services that are operating at a level of maximum approved capacity, and I ask: (a) what is the process for an OSHC provider operating on a public-school site to apply to increase the number of approved places; (b) what department is responsible for assessing applications to increase the number of approved places; (c) what building requirements must be met to increase enrolment capacity; and (d) have schools and providers been given information from the Department of Education about expanding OSHC services?
