PRISONS — OVERCROWDING
I have a supplementary question. Is the minister aware that prison officers at Hakea Prison have resorted to issuing Mars bars in an effort to ease tensions and stress in the prison? Mr C.C. PORTER

I am not aware of that. I met with the superintendent of Hakea Prison this morning, but there is a range of measures that people engage in to enhance order. That does not actually sound like the worst one I have ever heard!
