offices, and I ask: (a) how
many of these staff were made redundant ; (b) what
was the total cost of any redundancy payouts ; (c) how
many of these staff retired ; (d) what
was the total cost of any retirement payouts ; (e) how
many of these staff were redeployed ; and (f) in relation to (e), where
were they deployed to ?

a) No staff were made redundant. 24 accepted voluntary severance. Redundancy is a term usually used in relation to involuntary termination of employment following the six-month redeployment period.
b) Staff in 36 abolished positions were offered voluntary redundancy; 24 accepted at a cost of $3 100 091.30.
c) None.
d) Not applicable.
e) Two have been permanently deployed and ten employees have been temporarily deployed.
