Those staff members found guilty in relation to allegations of sexually abusing students, were dismissed from their employment with the Department. Those staff members found guilty in relation to allegations of physically abusing students, have received one or more of the following disciplinary penalties dependent on the circumstances and mitigating factors: Reprimand Fine not exceeding the equivalent remuneration of working days Reduction of the salary grade Reduction of the level of classification Dismissal
