(a) how many of the units at Luton Close were transferred to Foundation Housing;
(b) when were the units transferred to Foundation Housing;
(c) what caused the refurbishment of all the units at 28 Luton Close;
(d) what warnings were received by the Department and the Minister about the issues at 28 Luton Close;
(e) how much is the refurbishment costing; and
(f) what is the future of 28 Luton Close?

(b) During 2010-11.
(c) The complex was identified for redevelopment through the New Living
program, an urban renewal scheme aimed at developing older estates to create
more attractive living environments.
(d) Issues with disruptive behaviour were reported prior to refurbishment of
the units.
(e) Approximately $800 000 after refurbishment work is completed.
(f) The development is proposed for sale.
