These regulations amend the Associations Incorporation Regulations 2016 to clarify address for service requirements for incorporated associations, particularly regarding notices lodged under the previous Associations Incorporation Act 1987.
Incorporated associations are affected by these regulations. Associations that lodged an address for service under the 1987 Act will have that address carried over. Associations that did not will have an address determined by the Commissioner.
