Principal Act
This proclamation announces the commencement date for Part 7 and Part 8 Division 2 of the Betting Tax Assessment Act 2018. These sections will come into operation on 1 February 2019.
Betting operators and other stakeholders in the racing and gaming industry in Western Australia are affected. They need to be aware of the commencement of these sections of the Act.
