Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016

These regulations amend the Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2018. They remove references to a Commonwealth code of practice, allow for aircraft to be included in regulation 110, and delete regulation 158.

Businesses and individuals operating under the Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2018 are affected by changes to definitions and the removal of a regulation. The inclusion of 'aircraft' in regulation 110 broadens the scope of that regulation.
