This order amends the Biodiversity Conservation (Exemptions) Order 2018 to provide exemptions from certain sections of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 for actions involving dingoes when those actions are required under biosecurity requirements.
Landholders and other individuals taking actions related to dingoes under biosecurity requirements (pest exclusion notices, prescribed control measures, or pest control notices) are exempt from certain prohibitions under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016.
