Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007

These regulations amend the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Agriculture Standards) Regulations 2013, updating the maximum allowable lead and mercury content in fertilisers.

Fertiliser manufacturers and suppliers are affected by the stricter limits on lead and mercury content. They will need to ensure their products comply with the new standards to avoid penalties.
