These regulations amend the Blood and Tissue (Transmissible Diseases) Regulations 1985. The amendment updates the questionnaire used to assess the risk of transmissible diseases in blood and tissue donors.

Individuals donating blood or tissue in Western Australia will be required to complete the updated questionnaire. This ensures a more accurate assessment of potential risks associated with transmissible diseases.
