These regulations amend the Building Services (Registration) Regulations 2011 to update references to training qualifications, replacing references to the CPC08 Construction, Plumbing and Services Training Package with the National Register.
Registered building service providers and applicants for registration are affected. They need to ensure their qualifications align with the descriptions on the National Register. Training providers will also be affected by the changes to qualification references.
