These regulations amend the Adoption Regulations 1995, the Children and Community Services Regulations 2006, and the Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Regulations 2005 to update various fees and amounts.
Adoption applicants, child care providers, and individuals applying for or renewing Working with Children Checks will be affected by the changes to fees. The changes will require these parties to pay the updated fee amounts.
