Principal Act
These regulations amend the Adoption Regulations 1995 and the Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Regulations 2005 to adjust various fees. The changes come into effect on the date of publication in the Gazette for Part 1 and on 1 July 2018 for the rest.
Adoption applicants and those requiring criminal record checks for working with children will be affected by the changes to fees. This will impact the cost of these processes.
