The Children and Community Services Amendment Regulations 2021 delete Part 1A from the Children and Community Services Regulations 2006. They commence the day after publication in the Gazette, except for citation and commencement provisions.
Service providers and individuals who were subject to Part 1A of the Children and Community Services Regulations 2006 will no longer be bound by those provisions. This may affect operational procedures and compliance requirements.
