These regulations amend the Children and Community Services Regulations 2006 to prescribe reports made under, or prepared for the purposes of, the Dangerous Sexual Offenders Act 2006 as a prescribed report for the purposes of section 24A(1)(d)(ii) of the Children and Community Services Act 2004.
The amendment affects the reporting obligations of the CEO (Corrective Services) under the Children and Community Services Act 2004, requiring them to provide reports made under the Dangerous Sexual Offenders Act 2006.
