These regulations amend the Civil Judgments Enforcement Regulations 2005 to revise fees, introduce fee reductions for eligible individuals, entities, small businesses, and non-profit associations, and define eligibility criteria.
Individuals, small businesses, and non-profit associations may be eligible for reduced fees for civil judgment enforcement matters. Entities need to declare their status and advise of any changes. Courts may order repayment of fee differences if incorrect declarations are made.
