📜 Commerce Regulations Amendment (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2019
These regulations amend the Building Regulations 2012 and the Building Services (Complaint Resolution and Administration) Regulations 2011 to introduce infringement notices for certain offences under those Acts. Building service providers may face penalties for failing to attend conciliation or provide information.
