Principal Act
These regulations amend the Building Regulations 2012, Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 1996, and Plumbers Licensing and Plumbing Standards Regulations 2000. They replace references to the 'Health Act 1911' with 'Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911'.
Building contractors, employers, plumbers, and licensing authorities are affected by the updated references. The change ensures consistency with current legislation.
