Commercial Tenancies (COVID-19 Response) Act 2020

Amends the Commercial Tenancies (COVID-19 Response) Regulations 2020 to extend protections for eligible commercial tenants involved in unresolved disputes after the emergency period.

Eligible commercial tenants with ongoing disputes under the Commercial Tenancies (COVID-19 Response) Act 2020 will continue to be protected from prohibited actions by landlords after the emergency period, while the dispute is being resolved.
