These regulations amend the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Regulations 1986, decreasing the long service leave levy from 1.20% to 1.10%.
Construction industry employers in Western Australia will pay a slightly lower levy for long service leave, reducing their operating costs. Workers' long service leave entitlements are not directly affected.
