Amends the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Regulations 1986 to update the list of awards covered under the scheme, specifically adding the Telecommunications Services Award 2010 (limited to certain classifications).
Construction industry employees covered by the Telecommunications Services Award 2010 (Technical Stream B.1.3) are now included in the portable long service leave scheme, allowing them to accrue leave entitlements across different employers within the industry.
