Principal Act
These regulations amend the Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas) Regulations 1979, increasing the fees specified in regulations 5 and 6A from $30 to $35.
Individuals who are subject to fees under regulations 5 and 6A of the Control of Vehicles (Off-road Areas) Regulations 1979 will be required to pay a higher fee of $35 instead of $30.
