Principal Act
These regulations amend the Coroners Regulations 1997 to facilitate electronic filing and issuance of court documents through an electronic case management system (ECMS) and email, and to authenticate electronic documents.
Courts, coroners, and users of the ECMS will be affected. Authorised users can now file and receive documents electronically, streamlining processes. The regulations also specify how electronic documents are authenticated and the time of electronic issue and lodgment.
