This proclamation announces the commencement date for the Court Jurisdiction Legislation Amendment Act 2018, excluding Part 1. The Act, with the exception of Part 1, will come into operation on January 1, 2019.
Courts and legal professionals will need to be aware of the changes introduced by the Court Jurisdiction Legislation Amendment Act 2018, as it comes into effect on January 1, 2019. Part 1 of the Act remains unaffected by this proclamation.
