Principal Act
These regulations amend the Cremation Regulations 1954. They update Form 7 in Appendix A regarding cardiac devices and increase the fees for cremation permits in Appendix B.
Cremation service providers are affected by the changes to the form and the increased fees. Individuals arranging cremations will pay slightly higher permit fees.
