Principal Act
The Cremation Amendment Regulations 2018 amends the Cremation Regulations 1954 to increase the fees for permits to cremate. Specifically, it changes the amounts in Appendix B relating to cremation permits.
Funeral homes and individuals applying for cremation permits in Western Australia will be affected by the increased fees. The cost for a permit to cremate will increase.
