Principal Act
Amends the Criminal Investigation (Identifying People) Regulations 2002 to include investigations, inspections, audits, or inquiries under the Health Services Act 2016 Part 13 or section 183 as a valid reason for identifying people.
Health services and investigators conducting inquiries under the Health Services Act 2016 are now explicitly authorized to identify individuals as part of their processes. This clarifies the legal basis for such identification.
