Principal Act
These regulations amend the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005 to include applications to declare a person a serial family violence offender under the Sentencing Act 1995 s 124E in the list of applications that can be made.
The regulations affect the justice system and individuals involved in family violence proceedings, by adding a new type of application that can be made.
