📜 Dangerous Goods Safety Regulations Amendment Regulations 2017
Regulations3 Mar 2017 p. 1474-823 March 2017
Principal Act
These regulations amend several Dangerous Goods Safety Regulations to update references to safety data sheets (SDS) and revise requirements for classifying, packaging, and labeling dangerous goods. They replace references to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) with SDS and incorporate the ADG Code.
Manufacturers, importers, and suppliers of dangerous goods must now comply with updated classification, packaging, and labeling requirements based on the ADG Code and SDS standards. This affects how they manage and communicate information about dangerous goods.
