These regulations amend the Disability Services Regulations 2004 to include the Kimberley-Pilbara and Mandurah-Rockingham areas in the WA NDIS trial, defining these areas by their local government districts as of 1 July 2017 and setting a trial period.
People with disabilities residing in the Kimberley-Pilbara and Mandurah-Rockingham areas will be included in the WA NDIS trial. Service providers in these areas will need to adapt to the trial requirements. Government agencies will need to administer the trial in these new areas.
