Principal Act
These regulations amend the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Regulations 1971. They update references to schedules and forms, and replace the old forms with new versions, including updating references to the 'Clerk of the court' to 'Registrar'.
Businesses and individuals dealing with uncollected goods will need to use the updated forms and refer to the 'Registrar' instead of the 'Clerk of the court'.
