These rules amend the District Court Rules 2005 to replace references to the Electronic Document System (EDS) with the Electronic Case Management System (ECMS). This change reflects the updated system for managing court proceedings electronically.
Legal professionals and court staff using the District Court Rules will be affected. They will need to be aware that the system for electronic filing and management of court documents is now ECMS instead of EDS.
